Overhaul and Warranty

Before being delivered to the customer, our used machinery is subjected to a scrupulous overhaul activity that allows us to grant them a warranty period during which any problems will be promptly solved completely free of charge with the on-site intervention of one of our technicians.

Interventions and After-Sales Assistance

On the machinery we sell, deliver and test, whether new or used, whether or not they are within the warranty period, we ensure our customers an after-sales service.

More generally, our services include:

• the delivery of the machinery with our 3 trucks, all equipped with cranes for unloading;
• the installation of the machinery which includes positioning inside the customer’s shed using pallet trucks or roller skates and the assembly of the various parts to be assembled before testing;
• the connection of the machinery to the existing suction system by means of a special scaffolding or aerial platform that allows work to be carried out at height in safety;
• the testing of the machinery by our specialized technicians during which the fine-tuning is carried out, the processing tests with the material supplied by the customer and the explanation of its operation to the operator who will use it;
• after-sales technical assistance interventions carried out on site;
• the construction of complete suction systems or modifications to existing systems working at height with aerial platforms owned by us;
• the movement of machinery from one site to another in the event of a transfer of the activity.

Spare Parts

Our experience and our large warehouse allows us to quickly have or procure spare parts for any type of woodworking machinery, even those out of production or made by non-active manufacturers.

We always try to find the fastest and cheapest solution, buying the components directly from those who build them when possible or finding, when not possible, valid alternatives.

In any case, the supply will always be preceded by an offer from us, which you will be free to accept or not.
